Divorce can be devastating, but, at Heather D. Miller Nichols PA, we see it as an opportunity to take one family and make it into two. We are dedicated to preparing a brighter, happier future for you and your loved ones.
First a paralegal, then a lawyer, attorney Heather Cooke understands the work involved in building a strong, detailed case. She believes in offering practical, straightforward legal advice. As a mother, she understands how important children can be. As a long-time resident, she has developed the ability to speak the same language as our service members. She is proud to work with the servicemen and women of Ft Bragg.
Attorney Cooke is a member of Operation Standby, an off-shoot of the American Bar Association Military Pro Bono Project. Through Operation Standby, our firm volunteers time to receive calls or emails from other military attorneys who are searching for attorney-to-attorney legal advice throughout the nation. This time well-spent gives attorneys who represent service members the tools they need to best represent their clients.
There is no sense in offering false hopes and unrealistic expectations. Using innovation, technology and a strong belief in the fundamentals of a healthy family, she is committed to making your life easier. While we may not be able to fix your family, we are determined to guide you to a place where you can move on and develop a healthier future.
